Finally nail down a content marketing strategy that moves the needle once and for all.
Tired of spinning your wheels? Posting to social media and writing emails with little to no progress?
This is a common problem for financial advisors. We understand how frustrating marketing your financial advisory firm can be.
But I will let you in on a secret: Marketing doesn’t have to be complicated. It should be simple, and it should work.
But without a solid foundation and trajectory mapped out, you’re going to continue feeling stuck.
It consists of three main components:
(1) An ironclad MESSAGE.
(2) An efficient STRATEGY.
(3) A sustainable IMPLEMENTATION PLAN.
1) The Warmup Call: It all begins with a preparatory, 1-hr Zoom call with you and your top advisors. Think of this meeting as your warm-up. Here I can gather the information from you that I need to prepare for a successful VIP Day Session.
2) Auditing of Website, Social Media, and SEO: This is a deep audit of your current website, social media channels, SEO, and email marketing efforts to see where adjustments need to be made. We need to optimize your current infrastructure before rolling out your new plan.
3) Pre-VIP Day Collaboration: Between your Warmup Call and your VIP Day, you and your staff will be granted access to a virtual whiteboard where everyone can think about, digest, and pin their input for the messaging questions we will seek to answer during your VIP sessions. These include deep dive questions about who you serve, the problems you help them solve, and how you add value to their lives. Collaboration is not only a great way to improve buy-in from staff but makes sure the messaging we put together is truly robust and reflective of who you are as a firm. This exercise primes everyone for what is to come so no time is wasted during our VIP-day session.
4) The VIP Day: During a half-day intensive session, I guide your team through the process of nailing down your marketing message, marketing strategy, and implementation plan. When the VIP Day is through, you’ll walk away with a complete, ready-to-implement content marketing plan that will actually work.
5) Support: Of course, I expect that you’ll have questions after I leave, which is why two 30-minute coaching sessions are included in your VIP Day service (a $425 value). I am here to provide you the support you and your staff need to put your new marketing plan into action.
Messaging: Good marketing helps your audience memorize what you offer, which means you need to repeat the same language in the same way in all your marketing efforts. That’s why you will walk away with an ironclad value proposition, elevator pitch, and brand story for each sales funnel you have to help you streamline and brand yourself into your customer’s mind.
Strategy: You receive a customized, 12-month content marketing strategy, which includes an interactive content calendar, content pillars, lead collection strategy, and lead nurture strategies.
Implementation Plan: We also help you nail down exactly how the above strategy will be implemented from assigning the right staff member to the right role (so each step of the content marketing process is handled with care after I am gone) to a timeline about what should happen when. We also teach you which metrics to track to see what’s working and what’s not.
For firms of five or fewer, your VIP Day can be done virtually over Zoom.
For firms over five, this service is best offered in-person.

In each one-hour session we will cover an aspect of content marketing you want to tackle. I'll share my expert knowledge, provide relevant resources, and offer technology recommendations to help you get started. Then, after our call, I'll send you a list of follow-up actions you'll take to get the ball rolling.
